How it works.

  1. Your regional team competes against another BRG every two weeks.

  2. Log workouts and healthy meals to earn XP (or points) for your team.

  3. The BRG with the most XP at the end of 10 weeks earns a large donation to the charity of their choice.

Out of shape?

It’s ok. This isn’t about who can do the most pushups.

If you’re just getting back into shape, every XP you earn counts for more.

Don’t have a go-to routine? Join other players from your region’s team for exercise and cooking classes.
